How Much Notice Do You Need?

When Can My Sign Be Delivered?
We deliver 7 days a week, and will usually have your sign set up well within 24 hours of your order. We specialize in fast service, and we even delivered a sign on Christmas Morning of 2010! - No Promises! But call us - We will try our best to work it out!
Is There A Charge For Delivery?
Never. We deliver Stork Signs to most of Nassau and Suffolk County Long Island - If We Feel We Can't Make The Delivery, We Will Not Take The Order.
How Do I Pay For My Sign?
You may pay by any major credit card when you place your order, or in cash on delivery.
How Is My Sign Set-up?
The signs are secured with stakes in the ground, so please alert us to sprinklers or anything else that might be buried. Lawns are usually unaffected when the sign is removed, but placement in a flower bed eliminates any concern for damage to a perfect lawn. Don't worry, we will find the best place for your sign upon delivery!
Can I Move My Sign?
Please don't! Give us a call and we will relocate the sign - it's much easier for us because we know what goes where, and we don't have a problem returning to move signs, adjust signs or fix any issues. We want our signs to look perfect and we want you to be happy, so call us! Can My Sign Be Displayed Indoors?
Yes! All of our signs can be displayed indoors with a display stand for no additional charge. This works out great for showers and birthday parties -but remember- signs are about 4 feet wide and 6 to 7 feet tall so make some room cause we're coming inside!
What If The Weather Stinks?
Well, we do not have indestructable signs, and once or twice a stork has flown away but they never get too far! If there is damage or a downed or crooked sign due to high winds we will repair or replace as quickly as possible, and refund if need be. As far as delivery in poor weather, we do our best, but if we feel we can't make a delivery we will not take the order, and if for some reason an order has been taken but can't be delivered we will notify you right away and issue a full refund of course.
How About A Refund?
Ouch! We hope this never happens, but if for some reason you aren't happy with your rental experience, we will refund your payment. If weather should cut your rental short, we will offer a refund for the days that were not used.
